Biography
Neil is a Managing Director, Operations & Strategy, in the New York Office of OMERS Private Equity, having joined in November 2023. He works with management teams leading OMERS portfolio companies to help them define and execute value-creation priorities especially around digital acceleration.
Neil brings over 20 years of experience as an investment banker, management consultant and operator in customer & consumer businesses. Prior to joining OMERS, Neil was the first Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer for Foot Locker, Inc. He also served as SVP, Strategy, Insights & Analytics for Constellation Brands and Managing Director & Head of Transformation for BNP Paribas in the US. Prior to this Neil worked at JP Morgan and was a consultant with McKinsey & Company. He started his career in M&A at Bank of America and Citigroup.
Neil holds an MBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University
