We are flexible and nimble. Our permanent capital pool allows us to remain partners for as long as needed, with flexibility to hold investments beyond the standard three-to-five-year private equity hold period.

We pursue transformational investment opportunities within the sector – including residential services, transportation, logistics and industrial maintenance – and develop deep industry expertise to enhance our ability to create added value.

We invest in and partner with transformative technology and software companies, helping drive results and innovation to generate growth and long-term value.
