Mark Van Wart

Mark is a Managing Director in the Toronto office of OMERS Private Equity. Mark is primarily focused on new investments in the healthcare sector, and he has been actively involved in OMERS Private Equity’s platform investments in Gastro Health, Forefront Dermatology, CBI Health, Accelerated Rehabilitation, MatrixCare, Logibec and Maxxam Analytics.
Joining OMERS in 2008, Mark has over 14 years of private equity experience, before which he worked for several years in investment banking and commercial lending at CIBC.
Mark has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Prince Edward Island.
