David Toffoli

David is a Director, Legal at OMERS Private Equity. He joined the team in September 2017. He is responsible for providing legal advice and reviewing, negotiating and drafting various corporate agreements in support of Private Equity’s investment activities.

Prior to joining Private Equity, David practiced corporate law at a mining-focused private equity firm in Toronto, during which time he gained exposure to all aspects of business law.

David has a J.D. and B.B.A. from the University of Toronto.
