Andrew Peel

In Andrew’s role as Managing Director, Legal, he manages the legal aspects of new platform acquisitions, supports portfolio companies, and provides in-house legal support to Private Equity.

Prior to joining Private Equity, Andrew was corporate counsel at OMERS Administration Corporation, and practiced corporate law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, and Borden Ladner Gervais in Toronto. Andrew has extensive experience in providing legal advice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation and corporate finance.

Andrew has an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History from University of Western Ontario. He also has an LL.B. from Dalhousie University.

Andrew is a member of the Advisory Board for the Toronto Lords Basketball Program, a non-profit basketball club in downtown Toronto.
