Here is a look back at some related portfolio company news that we’re proud to spotlight.

Early in the year, we invested in North Highland, a change and transformation consultancy that provides advisory and managed services to its clients, with particular expertise in technology and process redesign.

In February 2023 we closed our Bionic transaction, formally bringing the company into our European portfolio. Bionic is a UK provider of essential services for small-to-medium enterprises. Initially an energy brokerage, the company has expanded into telecommunications, insurance and finance.

In Q2 we closed on the sale of Trescal, a global leader in calibration services and reinvested for a 25% holding in the business.

Expanding our Industrial Services portfolio, we acquired a majority stake in Knight Commercial, a leading commercial restoration company, providing mitigation, reconstruction, and roofing services to commercial property owners and asset managers.
We continued to see growth across our portfolio through exciting pivots and tuck-under acquisitions. Below are a few highlights from 2023:

Pueblo announced its rebrand to Modigent – representing the team’s strategic evolution, embracing next-gen infrastructure, technology, and energy solutions. Through this new strategy, Modigent has cultivated a portfolio of 13 specialized brands operating across 17 key markets in the US.

Caliber Collision completed more than 50 acquisitions, growing its footprint to more than 1,700 centres across the US.

International Schools Partnership continued its global expansion in 2023, with new locations opened in India, Brazil, Thailand and more!

Paradigm announced the acquisition of Welvie to enhance its products and services, while enabling the development of new solutions.

AMS marked the successful integration of its recent acquisitions, FlexAbility and HirePower.
