Biography
Teresa leads healthcare investing for OMERS Growth Equity across North America. She serves as a Board Director or Observer for Carrum Health, Evidation, Aledade and CEDA and also led OMERS Growth Equity's investment in Innovaccer. Teresa initially joined OMERS Private Equity in June 2007 and was previously involved with several prior investments including Logibec, Marketwired and Nordco, before joining OMERS Growth Equity in September 2019.
Before OMERS Private Equity, Teresa was with KPMG Corporate Finance, involved in acquisition, divestiture and financing mandates across various industry sectors. Earlier, she worked in the financial institution's assurance practices of KPMG, both in Toronto and in London, U.K.
Teresa has a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Toronto and is a Chartered Business Valuator and a CPA.
