Saba Zakaria

Saba is Associate Director, Legal at OMERS Private Equity, having first joined as a secondee from Blake, Cassels & Graydon in 2021. In her role, she negotiates all preliminary transaction documents for OMERS Private Equity, works on regulatory filings and legal operations.

Saba is a member of the OMERS Private Equity Inclusion & Diversity Committee and OMERS Privacy Partners Program. Saba has a J.D. from Queen’s University and a B.S. (Hons) from the University of Toronto.
