Biography
Dmitry Yashnikov is a Managing Director and Head of GreenTech at OMERS Capital Solutions, based in London, UK. Dmitry’s investing background lies in direct infrastructure investments, both at OMERS and in investment banking.
Dmitry focuses on originating and executing opportunities to invest in leading businesses active across the industrial decarbonisation and clean technology space. Within this strategy OMERS seeks to provide patient capital to fund next stages of growth or specific projects of these companies over time.
Prior to OMERS Capital Solutions, Dmitry was part of OMERS Infrastructure and executed on multiple acquisitions across the utilities and transportation sectors as well as leading on financing and lender relationships in Europe. Prior to that he was a member of Citigroup's Transportation and Infrastructure M&A team.
Dmitry holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the London School of Economics.
