Bryan Flatt

Bryan is Associate Director, Legal at OMERS Growth Equity. He joined the team in April 2022 and is responsible for providing legal advice in support of the Growth Equity team’s investment activities and portfolio.

Prior to joining Growth Equity, Bryan practiced law in the Private Capital Transactions group at Ropes & Gray LLP in New York, and Corporate group at Goodmans LLP in Toronto.

Bryan has a J.D. from Queen’s University, and a B.A. from Brandeis University. Bryan is admitted to the Law Society of Ontario and New York State Bar Association.
