James Frankish

James is a Managing Director in OMERS Private Equity’s London office. Since joining in 2013, he has been actively involved in Private Equity’s platform investments in V.Group, Lifeways and ERM. James also has board roles at Lifeways and ERM.

James previously spent eight years in Corporate Finance at Ernst & Young in London and New York, providing M&A advice to private equity and corporate clients in the mid-market TMT sector. He also advised lenders and management teams of distressed portfolio companies on restructuring and exit options.

James has a B.Sc. in Economics from Warwick University, and is a Chartered Accountant.
