Biography

Eric Haley is a Senior Managing Director & Head of Private Equity Buyout at OMERS. A highly respected investment leader, he has more than 25 years of experience in private equity and investment management.

In his current role, Eric is responsible for the strategic execution of the Buyout strategy and oversees OMERS Private Equity’s investments in the business services, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Since joining OMERS in 2011, he has held several leadership positions and played a key role in the firm’s growth and success.

Eric is actively involved in several investments within OMERS portfolio and currently serves on the boards of AMS, Community Veterinary Partners, EPIQ (formerly DTI), Inmar, Paradigm and TurnPoint Services.

Prior to joining OMERS, Eric worked at Tailwind Capital, Boston Ventures Management, and Morgan Stanley. He has also served on numerous private company boards throughout his career.

Eric holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics, magna cum laude, from Bowdoin College and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He resides in Connecticut with his wife and two children.
